Impressive Rooftop Building With Views!
The vibrant city of Manama has a stunning new architectural highlight In the south of the city, the architectural team of Ismail Khonji Associates has requested MASY to supply and install the Q-railing Easy Glass Pro System Handrail at 473 residential building in Juffair. The feature that really sets it apart is the balconies and magnificent rooftop space ,from which the residents can enjoy panoramic views of the city.
The construction work was awarded to Fundament Contracting Company, together with Ismail Khonji Associates the Architect & Engineer and Hisham Abdulrahman Jaffar the Quantity Surveyor.
It was completed in March 2018, and Project 473 now incorporates 60 brand new flats. .
This rooftop oasis offers spectacular views of the city. Although safety barriers were an essential feature, the architect was keen that they should be safe & practically invisible. Q-railing’s Easy Glass Pro railing system was the perfect solution, combining maximum transparency with the highest standards of safety. As the client requested glass with a minimalist round-shaped powder coated Aluminium Q-railing profile on top. Viewed from the seating areas, the effect is magical - the roof space seems to merge with the surrounding cityscape like an infinity pool. On a practical note, the glass railing also provide a useful wind break, for the comfort of anyone relaxing in rooftop.
